For the year 2010, the breakthrough restaurant for me is the well-loved Mang Inasal.
Who doesn't know Mang Inasal?
From its humble beginning as a simple Bacolod favorite that drew the eyes of many and satisfied many cravings for unique Filipino barbecue taste, it has now posed itself as a challenger to the giants of the food industry and a friend to those who long for that authentic Pinoy-inihaw-with-unlimited-rice,-Sinigang-soup-and-the-famous-Chicken-oil dining experience.
Aside from what a usual Mang Inasal place can offer, the branch in Palanca, Makati has something special that I really appreciated.
