Lookbook #1: Beside the Shrieking Shack

[Source: http://lookbook.nu/look/1701581-Style-Shot-Shrieking-Shack]

I have recently found time to dig the clothes inside my closet I haven't seen for about eight months. I found some pullovers, hoodies, more pullovers, more hoodies and some gloves. I arrived in China last 2010 at the tail-end of winter (February) and I wasn't surprised at all with the kind of clothes I had stored. Being in the Philippines, I temporarily shunned those clothes out of my mind since winter is not a season in the Philippines.

Chewy Junior: For folks who like it chewy

With the mouth-watering looks of Chewy Junior's puffs and the warm smiles of its storekeepers, we went gaga over the free samples they were giving away a couple of weeks ago and eventually bought myself and Gian of The Flip Guide a puff each during our last visit at the Chewy Junior's store at Greenbelt.

Kashmir Restaurant: Going Indian for dinner

Last night, I finally met Gian's colleagues at the new company he is working in. Monster.com. A global joblisting website company that has 54 operations all around the world. It's like Jobstreet, yes, where I got my current job from, thank you very much, only that this one's global. And Gian was all boastful of all the software and systems they were using from as simple as creating an Individual Development Plan to some Database Management System for client listings and what's-it's.

The guys were so cool and nice. They were from India and heaven knows how much I want to see the Taj Mahal and witness an Indian wedding like the one I saw in the Eat Pray Love movie. So that night, after a quick chat with them and for wanting to congratulate Gian for having a new job, off we went to Manila's Best Keep Restaurant Secrets 2011's Best Indian Restaurant.
