And then some others just have to eat with a lot of moderation to avoid getting fat. But then sometimes we also lose control. Like me! Whenever I'm at Countryside during weekends. Hahaha.

Who can ever resist the pleasure of tasting this well-simmered Kaldereta dish with the beef starting to fall apart covered with the rich reddish sauce that was almost caramelizing? OMG!
Don't forget to try their Pork Binagoongan too. The eggplant is just so perfect to have been placed there. Don't miss it!
Countryside is famous for their barbecues too. My personal favorite is the Pwet ng Manok or the Chicken's Tail. Gian's pick is the Isaw or the Chicken's Intestine.

I've read from somewhere that some celebrities who used to frequent Countryside include John Lloyd Cruz, Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson. And then I started to guess what does Kim get at Countryside that she can hardly be seen to gain some weight at all? It's so unfair! Well some folks are just really gifted with good metabolism.
