The Christmas of Mang Inasal

The three wise men.

The great star that led the way.

And the Star of Noche Buena.

Mang Inasal PM1 PhP 97

For the year 2010, the breakthrough restaurant for me is the well-loved Mang Inasal.

Who doesn't know Mang Inasal?

From its humble beginning as a simple Bacolod favorite that drew the eyes of many and satisfied many cravings for unique Filipino barbecue taste, it has now posed itself as a challenger to the giants of the food industry and a friend to those who long for that authentic Pinoy-inihaw-with-unlimited-rice,-Sinigang-soup-and-the-famous-Chicken-oil dining experience.

Aside from what a usual Mang Inasal place can offer, the branch in Palanca, Makati has something special that I really appreciated.

Surf to sawa anyone?

Kudos, Rob, for that job well done in your branch! May I also commend the very courteous and warm crew members who made my one-night-after-a-long-day-at-the-office extra special!

Merry Christmas to everyone! May we always find the courage and strength to face our life's "big giants" and always remember that no worry, difficulty nor fear can be larger than us.

Jesus, the real Star of our Noche Buena, will always be with us.

To know more about my favorite Mang Inasal, you may visit their website or "Like" them on Facebook.
